人物简介  

       潘登科，二级研究员，博士生导师，国家“万人计划”科技创业领军人才，异种移植与再生四川省重点实验室主任，四川大学华西医院特聘研究员。中华医学会器官移植学分会异种移植学组副组长，中科奥格生物创始人、董事长。

       2005年培育中国首例体细胞克隆猪，2010年培育中国首例GTKO基因敲除猪。2018年创立中科奥格生物，培育10余种基因编辑供体猪种系，建立超洁净设施培育医用级DPF临床用猪。合作完成国际首例基因编辑猪肝脏、肺脏到人体的亚临床研究。合作开展亚洲首例基因编辑猪肾脏到患者的临床研究，猪肾脏在患者体内工作261天，是目前国际上猪肾脏工作第二长纪录。合作开展国际首例基因编辑猪肝脏体外灌注治疗肝衰竭患者获成功，经过66小时持续治疗，患者状况良好，主要肝功能指标显著改善，为未来临床终末期肝病治疗及肝移植术前桥接治疗提供全新策略。获国家科技进步奖二等奖2项，大北农科技奖二等奖1项。授权发明专利10项。在Nature medicine、PNAS、Cell Reports Medicine、Xenotransplantation等杂志发表论文120多篇。
